training started...

This week all rider's are supposed to be using their roadie for this week ride... we will be starting our training this week so prepared to sweat it out...

This Week there will be no more monkey business!!!

Yes and we are serious about this week ride...we all heading down to Changi for this coming week ride... But something unique about this week ride is that we are having our ride on this friday night(12/10/12) instead of saturday night ride... so those who think they are fast and wanna break some sweat this friday night, do head down to Yishun Blk 123, 7 cycle team bike shop, moving off timing 9.30pm meet up outside the shop...to have a taste of speed and DRINK SOME TEH TARIK AT CHANGI WOOOHOOO!!!

things to bring:
-Helmet (MUST!!!)

-your bike (MUST!!!) renting services not provided...
-yourself (MUST!!!)
-front and rear lights (MUST!!!)

-waterbottle (up to you)
-spare inner tubes (better bring)
-$$$ for you supper and teh tarik

Wonderful Ice Cream, Wonderful Biking...

As we promise last week we had a all out LEPAK ride for our riders... no harsh speed no sweat... a total enjoy ride for all... we went to punggol end to enjoy our ice cream and also enjoy the life of a cyclist... here are some photo to show all of you how relax we are!!!

Riders there is a leisure ride for all of you

This week we will be helding a lepak lepak (leisure) ride... Racer or speedster are not recommended for the ride and we strongly encourage Mountain bikers, Foldie Rider, Funky Fixie, Playful BMX for the ride... The one leading us will be our Mechanic Sebastian... the total distance will be covering +/- 35km... so join us for the super family bicycle ride... ^^ please meet at the shop at 9.30 thank you....

It is mooncake festival!!!

There will not be any ride due to mooncake festival and we want every riders to be able to enjoy their night with their family and friends. The ride will resume on next week... WE WISH EVERY RIDERS A HAPPY MOONCAKE FESTIVAL!!! Spent your time well with every loves one!!!

Ride To Changi Was Awesome!!!

Last Saturday ride was indeed few of the most challenging ride. It really warm up our leg's muscle. The ride was actually dedicated to a rider as he is riding a roadie but unfortunately he wasn't able to make it. But after all we enjoyed ourself in the ride. It was a fantastic experience during the ride. here are some of the photo during the ride.

YES!!!The ride is back after 7th month

this week (22/9/2012) i am proud to say that the ride is back and we are all out to ride!!! during the break must have gain lots of fats so join in for the ride to keep you body and mind healthy... it is a win win situation so what are you waiting for???
this week we are going to our favourite place and i believe is lots of the riders favourites places too and that is the Changi village!!! it will be at a approximate distance of 65km and it will probably take 4 hours for the trip so come and join us!!! all bikes are welcome =) so don't wait and join!!!

Chinese 7 month

From this week onwards till the end of the chinese 7 month there will not be having any ride. Firstly to ensure all our riders safety and also respect the unseen. So sorry to all our riders once again. But once the 7 month is over our ride will resume as usual.

This Saturday we had our night ride again!!!

YESS!!! we are having our night ride once more time just like usual.
we had been slacking our butt for 2 weeks now is time to get up wear your riding suit and get rolling!!! This week we are going to punggol. The total distance is about 48Km a very short one cycling at a speed of 23 to 28 km/hr... and still the same old things all bike are welcome!!! We are in this cycling family we look after one another so no worries at all :D

SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR MECHANIC!!!

9 of august is a very prosper date for 7 cycle team as our beloved mechanic SEBASTIAN celebrate his birthday... so we held up a birthday celebration for him. coincidentally there is also another friend of 7 cycle team (Johnson) member birthday so at here we wish both of them happy birthday!!! during the party we took photo of them so seat back and relax and enjoy the photo!!!

This Week There Will Be No Ride

So sorry to all our riders, this week there will not be having any ride. When the night ride had resume we will keep all our riders updated. So stay tune to our next post. :D
